in Home EC we made vegetarian nachos
if i was cooking for a vegan i would take out the sour cream and and cheese.
The nachos recipe we used had 3 macro nutrients and they were cheese, corn chips and beans

On Thursday the 18 2017 we started a new sport in P.E and it is basketball.
So far we have learnt how to dribble the ball with both hands

in P.E we learnt how to play badminton and some skills on to be a better player.
one of the ways we learnt to serve was we drop the shuttlecock ,swing they racket then hit it into the air.
