Re: Bad customer service

Thank you for your feedback regarding the situation about the bad customer service you you experienced on Monday 3rd of May 2016.

We are so sorry to hear about the poor behaviour and customer service to received on this day, there was no excuse for this unacceptable behaviour to occur and we have given the employee a written warning aswell as further customer service training. We have included a voucher valued at $50 which can be spent in any department of our store.

Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and hope to see you again in our store soon.

Meygan and Isaac are my buddies and we are to think of our own three goals. My three goals are to pass NCEA level 1, Make sure my grades are positive and to finish all my 6 reading logs by the end of this term. I am going to achieve these goals by listening, paying attention and completing my work. I am hoping that my two buddies will help me achieve my goals for this term by asking if i need assistance and that they will help do my work when they are free. I am going to help others around me accomplish their goals by giving them assistance in their work if they need it.

I am amazed by how Christopher knows the prime numbers as well as knowing every country and their capital cities at the same time, I know this when he says "I know all the countries of the world and their capital cities and every prime number up to 7,507." 


I am annoyed by the fact that Christopher's mother left with another man, as she said in one of the letters that had been sent to Christopher. and that Christoper's father was hiding all the letters that were sent to Christopher.

Aim:  our aim is to come up with a project to work on

what have we been doing: We have come up with a plan to do an edible meteorite scenery. It shows Jelly as the water, crushed biscuits as sand and rocky road as the meteor.


22/11
Aim:  To get a box and plan out how we are going to make it.

what have we been doing: We have got the box and cut it in a way to make it shown.


26/11
Aim:  To paint the box and do a trial run on the edible aspect.

what have we been doing: We painted half of the box and made jelly and crushed up the biscuits and put it into a small box.

Rock cycle

The Rock Cycle is a group of changes. Igneous rock can change into sedimentary rock or into metamorphic rock. Sedimentary rock can change into metamorphic rock or into igneous rock Or, igneous rock can form above ground, where the magma cools quickly.

To make a building earthquake proof, put shear walls a shear core, and cross-bracing as it gives extra additional strength.

These are a list of things that make a home earthquake proof:

• External walls are 6 inches thick. 
• Steel bars on the inside of walls.
• Reinforced concrete as the foundation.
• Hard soil under the home.
• Steel bars in the roof.
