In English i read about a Heavy rain is falling across the North Island - and people from from Northland to Wellington should brace for more wild weather.Along with the downpours, many areas of the North Island could be buffeted by strong winds and gales, while severe thunderstorms could hit the northeast.

Today in English read a 50-year-old man was found crushed to death under a truck in Helensville, north west Auckland, and may have been there all night.

A police spokesperson confirmed that the man was found dead at the scene, on rural Inland Rd, on Thursday morning.

we also had my aunt's 39th birthday and went to the movies and watched Beauty and the beast which was cool.

On the second week of the holidays on Thursday we headed to Grey mouth and on the way we stopped at Punakaiki to see the pancake rocks and blowholes and also stopped at the seal colony on the east coast side.
