Arthritis is an inflammation of the joint, it can effect many of your joints with different causes and treatment methods. Two of the most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

• today we played games and it was alright. we played yes lets, tequila, 7-up, shadow game, copy circle and mirroring.
• they was easy to play the games.
